Our Kitchen

Our classroom is set in a fully functional commercial kitchen featuring individual work stations for 12 to 14 students. A mirrored demonstration area ensures each student full viewing of instructors during class presentations.

Gas stoves, grinders, mixers, ice cream makers, and grain and spice mills are just a few of the pieces of equipment students will utilize as they learn.

The adjoining patio, used for grilling and barbequing demonstrations, opens to the surrounding herb and vegetable gardens where students will learn to appreciate and understand the importance of growing and utilizing fresh and local ingredients.
