About Us

The Everton Academy of Culinary Arts is a small, private culinary school, we are able to offer a wide variety of professional and continuing education classes to the food enthusiast, from novice to the most seasoned professional.

Our instructors are Certified Chefs de Cuisine (C.C.C.) with extensive teaching, training and culinary experience. Our classes are small, personal and designed for maximum learning and enjoyment.

Situated on a two acre estate with vegetable, herb and flower gardens, this 1837 limestone inn offers a unique learning opportunity from the garden to the plate.

Classes are taught with an emphasis on fresh local ingredients, some coming from our own gardens others from area farmers.

All classes are a combination of demonstration, lecture and hands on practical.
